Unlike standard nut runners, the DFL201RZ features Bluetooth® wireless communication, allowing it to send fastening data directly to a PLC or PC. This makes it easier to manage traceability and quality control across the assembly process. With a no-load speed of 360 RPM and a reliable brushless motor, the tool combines performance and durability in a compact design.

To ensure consistent results, the tool uses an ABS voltage sensor that automatically shuts down operation when the battery falls below 5%. Additionally, LED and audio indicators give immediate pass/fail feedback, helping operators respond quickly during assembly.
