The Scotch-Brite™ 7447 General Purpose Hand Pad is a reliable alternative to steel wool for cleaning, finishing, blending, and surface preparation. Designed with very fine grade aluminum oxide abrasive, it cuts fast, leaves a smooth finish, and is safe to use on a variety of surfaces.

This maroon-colored, 6” x 9” pad works great by hand, with a hand pad holder, or on inline sanders. Unlike steel wool, it won’t rust, shred, or leave splinters, making it ideal for both industrial and home use.
