Service Technician (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tools and part orders for shipment as required
- Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
- Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Troubleshoots and identifies malfunctioning or inoperative equipment,
- Assembles and tests tools for specified performance. Notify customers of repair estimates, completed repairs, and orders ready for pickup.
- Assists in maintaining the facility’s appearance daily in a professional, clean, and organized manner, consistent with the Glispro brand image.
- Replaces parts and components and keeps detailed, organised records of all repair work on each tool.
- Keeps work area clean, neat, and to company standards, especially to ensure the safety of all team members.
Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / BE in Electronics / Candidates with a BSc (Electronics).
Experience Requirement:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of electronic or Machinery Tools.
- Freshers with technical aptitude and internship experience may be eligible for trainee roles based on their performance may be absorbed for a full-time role.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of hardware assembly, sensor-based systems, wiring, testing tools, and basic networking.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams, use multimeters, and handle equipment safely.
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Relevant OEM training certifications.
- Exposure to field servicing and client-side support is a plus.
Soft Skills & Other Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
- Willingness to travel for on-site service support. Ability to work independently and under supervision.
Sales Representatives (4 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers across industries.
- Promote and sell a wide range of products, including Endless Belts, Emery Rolls, Electric Power Tools, Cutting Tools, Pneumatic Tools, Assembly Tools, Fastening Tools, flexible Shaft Grinding Machines, Welding Equipment, Abrasives, Stationery Drilling Machines, Safety Equipment, and Adhesive Tapes.
- Conduct client visits, provide product demonstrations, and understand client requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, close sales orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with the internal sales, service, and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements smoothly.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide input for product improvements or new product launches.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and report on sales performance to the management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or MBA Freshers.
- 1–3 years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in tools, equipment, or related domains.
- Experience working with clients in industrial sectors like Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, or Wind Energy, and Stainless Steel is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

Jr. Account Executives (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in Tally / SAP or relevant accounting software.
- Handle GST filings, including monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and vendor payments.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Maintain and update ledgers, stock statements, and financial records as per company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments & external customers for invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and taxation authorities during audits and filings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements promptly.
Qualifications/Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update inventory records for all incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of industrial tools, safety equipment, power tools, and accessories to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Label and categorize items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain documentation for all stock movements (goods received notes, issue slips, return entries).
Procurement Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for reordering stock based on minimum quantity levels.
- Receive goods and verify their quantity and quality against purchase orders and invoices.
- Communicate with vendors for discrepancies or replacements.
Dispatch & Logistics:
- Prepare materials for dispatch to customers or service sites as per sales/service team requirements.
