The 3M Mini Orbital Nib Sander is a small, powerful tool for sanding small defects in painted surfaces. This lightweight 1-1/4” dia. mini sander features a low-profile design that’s ideal for sanding small areas instead of entire panels. A one-piece shaft balancer system reduces vibration. Sander works with 3M™ Roloc™ and 3M™ Stikit™ attachment systems for fast, easy pad and disc change-outs.

Its 1-1/4″ x 3/16″ diameter orbit lets you sand in very specific or hard-to-reach areas, ideal for removing small defects in painted surfaces and clear coats without having to sand, compound and polish entire panels. Its low-profile design incorporates a one-piece shaft balancer system that reduces the chances of tipping or undercutting, and also cuts vibration even at its capacity of 8000 RPM for greater comfort and control.
